  • Avocado – 1 (peeled)
  • Sugar – 1/4 Cup
  • Milk – 2 cups
  • Cashews


  1. In the blender, add peeled avocado fruits.
  2. Now Add Sugar and Pulse the machine for a couple of minutes until the fruits smashed up and become creamy in texture.
  3. Now Add the Milk and again pulse the machine.
  4. Pour in tall glasses.
  5. Your Avocado Milk Shake is now ready to serve.


You can also add Vanilla Ice cream or Bournvita for more flavor to it.
