The Complete Street Style Masala Chai Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cloves
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • 1/4 Cinnamon stick, broken into pieces or powder
  • 2-3 Dry Tulsi Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon grinded ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar or as per taste
  • 1 tablespoon Tea Powder

Instructions

  1. Add water in a small saucepan and add the crushed spices or you can use it as it is also along with ginger, tulsi leaves, pepper and tea powder and bring to a boil.
  2. Next step is to add milk and sugar to the pan and lastly bring it to boil again and again.
  3. Remove it from the heat ans stir the tea/chai, then strain it into into teacups. Enjoy!
