The Complete Street Style Masala Chai Recipe
- 2-3 cloves
- 2 cardamom pods
- 1/4 Cinnamon stick, broken into pieces or powder
- 2-3 Dry Tulsi Leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon grinded ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons sugar or as per taste
- 1 tablespoon Tea Powder
- Add water in a small saucepan and add the crushed spices or you can use it as it is also along with ginger, tulsi leaves, pepper and tea powder and bring to a boil.
- Next step is to add milk and sugar to the pan and lastly bring it to boil again and again.
- Remove it from the heat ans stir the tea/chai, then strain it into into teacups. Enjoy!
