Simple raspberries smoothie is a perfect light breakfast.

- 1 glass milk
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Add milk, berries and sugar all 3 in a blender and cover and blend until it gets smooth.
- Add ice cubes and cover and process until smooth.
