Ingredients

  • 250 g - Ginger
  • 400 g - Garlic
  • 2 tbsp - Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp - Haldi
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut Ginger in piece and place the ginger and garlic(the quantity mentioned above) in the blender.
  2. Blend the mixture till it became relatively smooth.
  3. Once the mixture is smooth add salt and turmeric to it and little water to give consistency and ease to blend till the fine paste.
  4. Transfer the paste in clean, dry container and freeze it
