- 250 g - Ginger
- 400 g - Garlic
- 2 tbsp - Salt
- 1/4 tbsp - Haldi
- Wash and cut Ginger in piece and place the ginger and garlic(the quantity mentioned above) in the blender.
- Blend the mixture till it became relatively smooth.
- Once the mixture is smooth add salt and turmeric to it and little water to give consistency and ease to blend till the fine paste.
- Transfer the paste in clean, dry container and freeze it
