- 250 grms Tamarind
- 1/2 tablespoon Haldi
- 4 tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 liter Water
- Take the cooker and then add tamarind, haldi, salt and water and close it and wait for 3 whistles to come.
- Once the whistles came, let it cool down and remove the seed and other waste from it.
- Now shift it in the blender jar and grind it properly for the fine paste.
- Your Tamarind paste is ready to be used.
